Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

The handling window for packing orders is 1-3 days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Exact shipping times will vary depending on which shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is processed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you live in the middle Tennessee area and would like to arrange local pickup, please select “store pickup” at checkout. Local pickup is free. Once we receive your order, someone will contact you to schedule a meetup time. We only offer pickup at the following location.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards for everyone.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at connect@mannafestlove.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to attach photos showing the damaged product. We will issue a refund or replace the item as soon as possible.
